Ruth-i-Iaur

A brownish liquid which can be refined from the saliva of most species of drakes and their relatives, usually by extracting the saliva with vegetable oils, then distilling the extract.Ruth-i-iaur causes rapid (1-20 rounds) erosion of the nervous system, leaving the victim at -50 to -100 activity (-50 for RR failures of 1-25, -75 for failures of 26-50, or -100 for failures of 51 or more).
