House Faerdor (Sindarinized from Er."Feotar") was the ruling noble family of northeastern Cardolan.Descendants of Feotar of Cardolan, they ruled large parts of the South Downs and the Mitheithel valley until rebellious freeholders slew the last heir of their house, Gaertil the Bad.
