Hesgûratu

Hesgûratu was an enchanted whole-wheat bread which tasted of wheat and onions and kept fresh for one month. Hesgûratu doubled the user's strength for several minutes, or longer for some races. Its actived ingredient was sap from the Gûratu, a tough succulent related to Frostheal and Turcassë, native to cold mountain and arctic regions.
