A Rohir Warrior and Heahcarl, Garulf was a Rider of Rohan who served in Éomer Éadig's Eored. He commanded a Twalfred of twelve Knights. When he died in the War of the Ring, Eomer gave Aragorn Elessar Garulfs horse Hasufel.
