Like Arth, Cevra was a very long island situated in the northern part of Endor's Southern Archipelago. It was occupied by about fifty thousand Vulman-speaking residents. About a quarter lived in Alcevrok, a port located on the Wur Cevrok (Vm. "Night-home Bay"), on the west-central coast.
Cevra 's generally thin soil still supported two rain forests, both of which stood toward the windward (eastern) side of the isle. Protected by the chain of central hills, the northwestern side of the island yielded ample crops of grapes, citrus, and other fruits. Here, the soil was thicker. The local wine, which was sweet and fortified, was prized throughout the southern Middle-earth.
