A quiet, even-tempered Elf, Bilig-lann (Av. "Song of Power"; PQ. Balâglindâ) served the Court of Aranórë from Nirlann-dôl, often cooling the Sorceress' outbursts. She frequently embarked on espionage missions, utilizing her skills to infiltrate strongholds of the Court's enemies.
Unusually small, even for an Avar Elf, (5'2"), Bilig-lann had brown hair and eyes. Her size and unobtrusive appearance often worked to her advantage.
