Belegcam (S. "Mighty-hand") was an Elf of Lothlórien who served as a Captain of the Guards of Caras Galadhon. One of the few Tulkashildi, he was a skilled wrestler who trained many of the Warriors of the Galadhrim in Close-quarters Combat, and wasn't too shy to also ask visitors to the Golden Forest for a fair contest in unarmed combat.
