Barad Ever (S. "Tower of the Herd") was one of a line of three towers located along the eastern edge of the Weather Hills, one every twenty miles, in the fief of Uimirrildor. Barad Thoron lay to the north and Barad Narn to the south. They were connected by a military road, an extension of the Men-i-Sûl, that ran along the eastern slopes of the Emyn Sûl. It served as home to some fifty peasants who tended the tower's herds and gardens, as well defending the walls in need.
