Sad-en-Anghoth (S. "Place of the Iron-host") was a Township in the Girithlin highlands of Cardolan. It was situated in the northern marches of the barony about one hundred miles southwest of Sarn Ford. The town had a quite large population of 2,700 in TA 250. However its population declined after the mid-Third Age and the settlement was eventually abandoned by TA 1640.

In the 2017 version of his article Population and Urbanization in Eriador, Thomas Morwinsky places "Angoth" on the lower Anduin at the same location identified in the previous version as Harbarist.
